FRAME was founded by JC Nahra to help organizations navigate periods of innovation & transformation through hands-on consulting, talent advisory, and specialized search.

JC brings a unique blend of experience across executive search, talent acquisition leadership, digital & industrial transformation, and strategy & consulting.

He earned his M.B.A. in Business Strategy & Data Analytics and a Master of Sport & Entertainment Management at University of South Carolina, and completed executive education in AI strategy & implementation through MIT.
